Sweet Bites is a neighborhood bakery & cafe opened in 2007 by Caitlin Adler serving a bakery driven breakfast menu, farmers market inspired salads, sandwiches, pizzas, freshly baked pastries, cupcakes and cookies.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Caitlin worked in the pastry kitchens of the award-winning Four Seasons hotels in Boston and Palm Beach. She also worked at Ocean Edge Resort on Cape Cod, Purdy's Homestead and Lexington Square Cafe in Westchester, and Tsunami Restaurant in West Palm Beach.

Sweet Bites has been the winner of multiple Readers' Choice Awards for best bakery and coffee shop and continues to be the neighborhood place to gather and enjoy fair trade certified organic coffees and teas, handcrafted pastries, breakfast, lunch and gentle ambiance.
